Based on the physical-chemical and sensory-organs analyses of the sample of Raki “Moskat” 1 ,produced in ‘ 1999, concluded in below characteristic.
SENSORY-ORGANS INDICATORS:
Appearance: Clear liquid, without the presence of impurities and foreign matters.
Colour: Without colour.
Aroma: With light arome of raki “Moskat”. Without foreign odours.
Taste: Characteristic of beverage. Without strange tastes.
